Pozdrav! Danes sem se, še preden sem bila čisto budna, odločila, da je dan za peko makronov. Pred današnjim dnem, še jih nisem nikoli poskusila. In glede na to, da sem jih zdaj par let skoraj vsak dan videla v blogosferi, sem bila precej radovedna. Katja, ki piše modni blog Oblačilnica, je par dni nazaj na facebooku objavila povezavo do recepta. Pod povezavo sem napisala, da jih še nisem probala in da zgleda, da jih bom mogla sama naredit, da bom okusila to čudo. Odpisala mi je, da me bo ko bom naslednjič v Ljubljani, da me pelje na njih. Ampak ne vem, kdaj bom v Ljubljani. In zdelo se mi je, da ne bom mogla tako dolgo zdržat. Ampak še vedno upam, da me bo peljala na makrone, da bom okusila kakšni so tisti tapravi. Saj ne da moji niso pravi, zanima me pač, kakšni okus imajo tisti, ki jih naredijo mojstri. Recept sem malo priredila, saj nisem imela doma vseh navedenih sestavin. In tako sem naredila mandljeve makrone. Moram priznati, da sem skoz mislila, da so makroni mehki, a so hrustljavi. Ali pa jih nisem dobro naredila, haha, So pa dobri. Zelo sladki. Skoraj preveč, pa sem dala manj sladkorja, kot je bilo navedeno. * * * Hello people! I have decided, even before I was totally awake, that today is the day for making macaroons. I have never tried them before and after eyeing them for past few years all over the blogosphere, I was very curious. Katja, who writes fashion blog Oblačilnica, has posted a link to recipe on facebook few days ago. I wrote bellow her link that I had never tried them and she said that she will take me to the place where they are selling them when I’ll be in Ljubljana next time. But I don’t know when that is going to be. And I felt like I couldn’t wait that long. But still I hope she will take me there, so I’ll taste the taste of the real macaroon. Not that mine aren’t real, I’m just curious how those made by masters taste like. I modified a recipe (in Slovenian language) a bit as I didn’t have all these ingredients for green macaroons at home, so I made almonds macaroons. I have to admit I always thought that macaroons are soft, but they are crunchy. Or I didn’t make them right, haha. They are good. Very sweet. Almost too sweet, even though I gave in less sugar than recipe said.
