Odločila sem se, da bom začela s pisanjem dnevnika hvaležnosti.  Vsak dan bom vanj zapisala vsaj 20 stvari, za katere sem v tistem dnevu hvaležna. Včeraj sem si tako kupila tale zvežčič in zapisala vanj prvih 20 povedi. I decided to start writing Gratitude Diary. Everyday I’m going to write down at least 20 things I’m grateful for that day. Yesterday I bought myself a notebook for it and wrote first 20 sentences in it. DSC03800

    Lepo 🙂 Moraš verjetno res dobro pomisliti, da jih najdeš 20, ampak verjamem, da ti to malce odpre oči in začneš ceniti tudi malenkosti.

  2. Mancina: Zakaj pa opustiš, če deluje? 😉 Saj te razumem, sama tudi večkrat dobre stvari opuščam..

    peteršilček: Meni se zdi kar enostavno. Probaj 😉
    Pa spat greš z boljšim občutkom, ker se ne osredotočaš samo na to, kaj si mislil čez dan naredit, pa ti ni uspelo.
